i am a 61 year old white male living in Northern VA USA, diagnosed 4 January 2010 with metastasized squamous cell carcinoma positive for HPV -16. I am being treated with Cisplatin and radiation at the Reston Hospital Center in Northern Virginia.
How do i track this topic? I have been out of treatment (for base of tongue due to HPV-16 - verified by Johns Hopkins) coming up on two years and feel the odds are against me. I continue to run and maintain fitness but want to look at the best foods to prevent recurrence such as the berries. Is there any link to Acai to fight or prevent?

I know I'm a little late coming to this article, but I just joined. I have to hope that my phone call to the ADA right after speaking with the president of Oral CDX (quite a frustrating experience) had something to do with them dropping that absurd ad campaign.
